*Low boost (relative to the max potential of the turbo = low inlet temps)
*Long tube manifolds (despite not being equal length)
-reduce exhaust back pressure
-aid in exhaust scavenging
*Stand-alone EMS (Haltech)
-individual cylinder fuel trims
*Cam timing setup on the cam gears
*Good working cooling system
-Ported water passages in the block
-New/Clean radiator
-New/Clean or deleted A/C condenser
-all under body trays in place to direct air
*Larger volume Turbine housing
-T3>T25
*Head porting
-removed, reduced or radius quench pad
-remove spark plug bose
-very smooth combustion chamber, no peaks
-balanced flow across ports (owner has his own flow bench & spent many, many hours on the heads.
*Processes on pistons & heads
-Cryo, WPC, Ceramic, etc
*91 octane that is true 91 & not 87 octane+10% ethanol
*40+ hours of dyno time
*Boost per wheel speed/RPM/Gear, etc
*Knock ears & knock log
*Cams: lift & duration
*New valves
-no peaks
